I got caught in an unexpected jam with my Range Rover with a blow out. I was able to limp into Jaguar Land Rover freezing and soaking wet after swapping out to the spare. They were able to fast track my car getting a new tire put on, brought me a hot cup of coffee and were so helpful and nice when I was very clearly having a bad day. I've definitely switched which dealer will be servicing my Range Rover even though I have others closer to where I live and work. As an update I just purchased a new car from this dealer. Donna was so helpful especially given the supply chain issues crippling the new car industry. She kept me up to speed every step of the way about my order, let me know when it was being made, shipped, delivered, etc. She was also super knowledgeable about all of the tech they just rolled out in the model.

Outstanding - the whole operation was built around working with the customer without any pressure...they listened and reacted. Seven months ago, I made a decision to purchase a new Land Rover Defender. From Aggieland, I searched and found several JLR dealership in Houston. Both Houston North and Houston West were at the same distance from my location. I decided to go with North. Prior to my arrival, I did call and requested for a test drive. Upon arrival, the sales person did not show up. So, Donna Watkins took charge and showed me around. I told her that I wanted to test drive a Defender. The only vehicle available that day was sitting in the showroom. But without hesitation, she offered me to test drive that showroom Defender in Pangea Green. Within minutes, I was behind the wheel of a Defender in Houston traffic. She offered me to take the freeway but I decided to take the side streets. Afterward, I made a decision and placed deposited to be at 47th place in line. Back at home, I went to the website and configured my Defender. I sent that off to Donna and stayed in contact with her over email, telephone, and text. In June, I received a call from Donna while away on a military exercise. She notified me of my allocation and will process the order to be built in August with deliver of late October. Late September, she called me again letting me know that my Defender has been built and current on a ship for North America with an ETA of Oct 7. Oct 6, I received another call from Donna that the vehicle is on a transportation truck heading to Houston. And sure enough, on Oct 8, I received a call to pick up my Defender at 1 pm. At 1o'clock p.m., my family and I arrived at the dealership. I scanned around to find the Pangea Green Defender. Nothing was insight. So, I went inside and was greeted by Donna. In front of her was a big orange covered vehicle with a huge white bow. To my surprise, it was for me. Donna had coordinated to have this revealing event special for me and family. The Defender is polished and very presentable. It was spotless. She gave me a tour of my new vehicle and offered me to test drive it before signing the paperwork. As we walked around the vehicle orientation, she explained all the shortages and will have them installed upon availability in the near future. 2023.5 Land Rover Defender from Houston North. Back in March, I placed a deposit with Donna Watkins and since that time, she continues to provide seamless communication via phone, email, and text. She’s responsive and proactive in getting pertinent information about the order for me. She is not sugar coated any issue. She stated facts about the supply chain issue and advised me with sound recommendations. In June, while away on a business trip, she contracted me to inform of my allocation. Donna provided me with realistic timeline for the build and even bring up the bad news of limited electronic components along with shipping issues. Donna kept me informed up to the delivery date. On delivery day, she gave me and my family a special revealing ceremony of my purchased Defender. All in all, I have a great experience buying my new vehicle at JLR Houston North.

Had good experience enough to have bought the car when I was only intended for test drive. Kenneth, finance manager and Marcos salesperson were great to work with especially Kenneth. They were willing to work with me when some dealers didn't. Certainly there are things that can be better. The point is if you treat customers right they will come back. A lot of places now just want to make a quick buck with the inventory shortage and would alienate customers. People will remember the experience much longer than the selling price or product. I do recommend this dealership.

I was contacted after posting my initial review and the dealer asked if I could comeback in. Everything has been rectified and once again the service rep, Cash, was great. Thank you for taking the time to read my review and doing the right thing, I appreciate it. I will return for service in the future. Took vehicle in for standard service and repair of interior door panel repair which was no longer secure and pulling away from door. Also had motor mount replaced. Following day vehicle service light on again even though I had a full service completed. Several days later wife gets into car and low and behold the interior door panel pulls away from door, obviously not repaired. Pay over $2K for full service and repairs at a luxury car dealership I would think they could rest service indicator and actually repair what I paid for. Service rep was great but I never got a follow up call regarding how service went. Won't be going back.

I scratched one of my black wheels on my RR Sport and took it to another wheel repair place that did a terrible job repairing it. I also noticed my car pulling badly to the left after I picked it up from that place. I only scraped a curb so there’s no way I messed up tread on the inside of the tire. I took it to Houston North Land Rover and they completely redid the wheel (which now looks brand new) for the same price I paid the other guys. Also, Andrew, is the best service advisor hands down! He drove it around the parking lot and noticed what I was describing and discovered my like-new tire had broken treads on the inside wall of the tire causing the car to pull to the left. I now wonder if the other place switched out my tire for a bad one. Lesson learned. After replacing the tire the car drives perfectly and my wheel is like brand new. Next time…….get the tire and wheel coverage……it’s worth it! In the meantime, you can drop off your RR and get your scratched wheels fixed the same day by an excellent contractor and to RR and my standards (I’m very picky). Andrew is the best for service.

The process of finding out what was actually wrong with the car took a few days as well as the repair since it was a major repair. We had a trip planned and they were able to accommodate with a loaner car. Our car is now running like brand new

My salesman was AMAZING! He didn’t pressure me whatsoever and didn’t try to talk me into buying any other vehicles that I didn’t like. I’ve already recommended him to several other friends and family. Go ask for John Beneke! This was my first time buying a Range Rover and he educated me on several perks of being a Range Rover owner which totally sealed the deal on me buying my car! He even stayed until 8pm that night to finish the sale so that I wouldn’t have to drive back another day (I live over an hour away). He kept in contact with me via text to make sure the car was ready for me to test drive after I got off work. He even setup my Range Rover app, GPS, settings, etc. and had the service department clean my car spotless. He even helped me take all of my stuff out of my old car and put into my new car! I’ve never had a salesman do that! I researched which car I wanted and did a lot of car shopping. Other salesmen at other dealerships kept trying to pressure me into buying cars that I clearly didn’t like; even after bluntly telling them that I didn’t like the cars. This dealership gave me the highest value for my trade-in, and I went to a lot of dealerships all the way from The Woodlands down to Galveston. John and the finance guy were able to get me into a Range Rover for the same monthly note that I was paying on my GMC Terrain! Huge upgrade! And they had several extra warranty options that I wanted and paid extra for that were worth every penny. They worked on giving me a good deal on those too! And John has been available and helpful even after the sale with all of my questions. It’s great to know that I have someone available to reach out to when I have a question on how to work something in my new car, etc. You will not be disappointed when buying here! My salesman John was so great that I even tried to find his boss to tell him that John deserved a raise and a promotion! Lol.

The service department went above and beyond with my vehicle. It needed a new gas tank and although not available from Jaguar anymore (2005 model) , they went through the trouble oc securing a used one from ebay so as to be able to repair my vehicle.

I have always had good service, when I call I get a dedicated representative who returns my calls promptly. If there is any criticism it would be that if you need a courtesy car in an emergency you usually have many days wait for one to be available.

Great place to buy a car. Courteous staff that lets you look at every car without being over your shoulder. The type f is nimble, solid, very well built auto with beautiful lines and handling that is exceptional. The technology is outstanding Bluetooth, navigation controls all placed and packaged correctly. I purchased the more powerful stereo that sounds fantastic. The fit and finish of everything in and on the typ f is of the highest quality. Look no further if you are looking for a superb sports car at a nice dealership.

My 2006 LR3 has been in many car repair shops since I purchased it used from a deceitful salesman about 1.5 years ago. I recently leased a Range Rover Evoque from this dealership in November 2016. This is my third time leasing a vehicle and first experience with this dealership. I rate my experience as 5 stars without question, and I want to single out Luis Ramirez for his excellent customer service. My wife and I were looking into leasing a Range Rover Evoque for a while and actually had visited another dealership. The sales team I dealt with there was abrasive and all over the place with pricing. We were so turned off that almost decided to lease a different brand altogether. One call to Land Rover North was my last hope and alas, Luis picked up the phone. He was courteous, professional and very transparent with the pricing which I appreciated greatly. One week later, he found us the exact car we were hoping for. I couldn't believe how easy the financing part was, in fact Luis did the majority of it over the phone so that by the time we got the dealership there wasn't much left to do. Frank put the finishing touches on the lease agreement and was also great to work with. Really appreciate the hard work of the sales team here and I would buy/lease from them again in a heartbeat.

Overall, my experience was a very positive one with this car dealer. I had my own financing and the buying process was overall good, except for the last moment rush to sign many documents including an arbitration agreement. I objected to it and they waived the arbitration requirement. Recently, I took my Rover back for a warranty repair and navigation system update. I will give them highest possible marks for the service based on my experience.

My wife and I had been shopping for a couple of weeks via internet and in person to numerous North Houston area dealers. I ultimately found our car on Cars.com, and it was located at Jaguar-Land Rover North Houston. The 2012 Fiat 500 described on their web site appeared perfect and warranted an in person look. We arrived at the dealership and were immediately greeted by Alex. He was very knowledgeable about the product and had even owned one in the past. Alex is a profession yet comfort person to work with! The Fiat was front-line ready and extremely well cared for. It was offered at a very fair price compared to others that we had seen and after a test drive, we new it was for us. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned RR Sport, Supercharged. Amazing car, gorgeous inside and out, fun to drive, and got a fairly decent deal on it, and on my trade-in as well. Our sales person (Alex) was knowledgeable and we enjoyed chatting with him. They all stayed late past closing time (our appt was at 630pm) until we finalized everything. This was on a Friday night, so I'm sure everyone wanted to get home as soon as possible, however, we were not rushed at all. I think we were done by 1030pm. I would definitely do business with this dealership again, and I highly recommend to others to visit them if you're considering purchasing a Rover. Thanks, Rover of North Houston!

While going through the purchase of new car I visited number of dealers and showrooms, but the way I was received and convinced by the staff of Land Rover Houston, North and the way they explained me the featured of my car, I was done and completed Purchased my new car. With their service, knowledge and efforts they have compelled me to buy a Land Rover instead of Mercedes (One which I had earlier).

My purchase and service experience has been great and as of today if I needed another new car. Land Rover North Houston Texas would be my choice.

Every visit has been a great experience. Good sales experience, not much haggling, sensible pricing. After sale service has been wonderful. Follow up calls took care of any issue which I did not indicated at the time of picking up the vehicle.

Although sales is the worst here, their service dept. is excellent. From start to finish they don't miss a thing.

I've serviced 3 range rovers since 2007 with them and I've never been anywhere else. Service is always on point. They go above and beyond for their clients. On the other hand, sales is horrible, and I would never buy fr them again.

I had a very good experience buying my second Range Rover : 2013 Range Rover and now 2015 Range Rover HSE. The customers service provided by all the staff was unbelievable - great customer service, customer focus 100%...But the best service I received was from the sales Consultant: Garry Greenhalgh, he is the right man on this kind of job. I never had such experience buying a car before - He always seeks for customer satisfaction by following up and giving answer on all of my concerns, questions as well as explanation about car new options, features, performance etc. Hope this man stay on car business for long time. Our family decided to buy a Range Rover (Sport) and were undecided about where to purchase the vehicle. We visited several dealerships and were constantly being drawn back to Land Rover of Houston North...or should I say Stuart Adams. We had heard both good/bad reviews about their service reputation, but decided that we would give LRHN our business due to Stuart's ability to serve our needs. He always returned phone calls, always followed up with answers to our questions and was not the typical "pushy" cars salesperson. At the end of the day, decisions like these typically come down to customer service and integrity and Stuart Adams was rewarded with our business because he exhibited both of these...and more.

My family has been buying from Momentum Jaguar for years and years, both new and used. A minimum of six cars financed with the help of Terri Kelleher, best Finance Director ever!!!! I highly recommend purchasing here, now matter how far you have to drive!

Bought a used car from this dealer. Nothing spectacular, though just about what I expected from a dealer. A few comments: 1. Their dealership fee is high. Along with their paperwork fee, expect to pay $700 extra. 2. They said the car was detailed before I saw the car and right after I bought it. Their detailing of my car appears to have been limited to washing and vacuuming it. It took me two hours of cleaning the interior to get it spotless and I'll need to spend a day polishing the paint to get out scratches.

Vehicle we purchased was in fair condition internally and great externally. The Sales and Service team here bent over backwards to ensure we were happy before we left the dealership and afterwards. Their customer service, genuine appreciation for my business, and credit/buying process was five-star. I have and will recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. The market value pricing is spot on if not slightly in favor of the consumer. They are there to sell cars. Full of information and friendly. I am sure all their Sales reps are great, but Mark was exceptional.
