What Coverage Does a Retired Loaner Vehicle Come With?
Retired Courtesy Vehicles in Houston come with exclusionary warranty coverage, which means in the event any factory-supplied component of the loaner model is defective, replacement costs are covered. The one exception is any part listed in the Coverage section of the Approved CPO "Passport To Service."
All advertised Retired Courtesy Vehicles come with a standard one-year extension to the factory warranty with unlimited mileage from the original in-service date. These CPO Vehicles offer additional warranty coverage at an extra cost. What's the difference between an active loaner and a retired loaner? These are the two courtesy vehicle umbrellas. Active Courtesy Vehicles are still in use. Active loaners are currently being used by our service department until they are eligible to be sold and be "retired". After an active loaner is grounded following a minimum 120-day in-use period, the courtesy vehicle is retired and made available for sale. This means the courtesy vehicle is taken out of loaner service to join our stock of Approved CPO Range Rover, Defender, and Discovery models. As a result, all of the Retired Courtesy Vehicles currently listed are now available and eligible to be purchased as soon as today.
