Swimming pools, movie stars, and limousines. They're an everyday sort of affair in Los Angeles. So why wouldn't Land Rover stretch out a new take on the Range Rover for the LA Auto Show? After all, now that our favorite British auto outfit has supplied a scaled down Range Rover Sport, an alternate V6 option under the hood, and even a hybrid iteration that will eventually make the rounds, there was really nowhere to go but up. Or perhaps, out is more appropriate for this circumstance.

In any case, the all-new variant features a strikingly longer wheelbase which adds approximately eight inches onto the standard setup. Just like the entry Range Rover, you can easily accommodate seven of your closest friends. However, once inside the stunning interior, the leather and wood treatment is sure to impress even more. Plus, while you're chauffeuring the gang around town, your rear passengers can take advantage of seven extra inches of legroom and an additional 17 degrees worth of seat reclining.

You might imagine that the extra length would make fitting into a tight spot an adventure. While our first instinct would be to insist that this vehicle is built for adventure, even parking is a cinch thanks to the front and rear sensors and the rearview camera.

Though it has just debuted, the model is slated to hit our Houston, TX Land Rover dealer eventually. Until that time comes, we invite you stop into the Land Rover Houston North showroom to explore the variety of options that are already available.
