I greatly appreciate the courteous service provided by Jaguar - Land Rover Houston North. Each employee is professional, and provide great service.

The dealership performed a preliminary triage of the service work I requested, then call me and discussed both the estimate and issues before proceeding with the work. I truly appreciate this consideration. The dealership provided me with a loaner to use, and this made coming for service very easy, since it allowed me to drop off my vehicle and not have to worry about alternate transportation.

I have exclusively had my vehicle serviced at this dealership since I purchased it, and will continue to do so. I give a rating of 5 stars to Jaguar across the board.

Our experience with the purchase of our Range Rover Evoque was incredibly positive thanks to the professionalism, patience and product knowledge of Garry Greenhalgh. He was a pleasure to work with!

Notably, the weekend after we purchased the Evoque, we also purchased a vehicle from a [redacted] dealership. This timing allowed us to compare/contrast the experiences.

Without a doubt, our experience with Garry was far better. He was consistently personable and attentive, remembered our personal needs over 2 different visits, very knowledgable about the product and patient enough to share that knowledge with us. Much appreciated!!

Adan was extremely patient and very knowable. He was not pushy and made my entire family feel comfortable. I was a little hesitate approaching the dealership because of the typical behavior of car sale associates but was extremely impress with the facility.

We were able to walk your inventory lot in comfort, I really enjoyed the experience and will consider purchasing other vehicles from your facility/Adan.
